Coming from an R1 here is my new zx10r, its 05/5k miles on it, mint shape.

Got a Micron exhaust and Scotts steering stabilizer.

Welcome... but do keep in mind you live, arguably, in one of the more or most dangerous areas in the world to ride :eyecrazy:

And great choice of bike. I still love the 04/05 model year bike -- plenty fast enough f'sho1

Welcome! So how does it feel compared to the R1?
Much better as far as stability and power delivery goes, coming from an older bike that wasnt in perfect shape at all i love it. Very fun, and this week is supposed to be nice starting weds. so cant wait to get out on it again

Yep that is a gorgeous bike! Please put frame sliders on it!! Oh and a steering damper will help too with the pucker-effect. If you want it to accelerate faster, drop the gearing to 16/41. Cheers!

Having it for 2 weeks now has been great, having alot of fun with it, and plan to start modding it soon!
