Bought these from User ID: heymanspeedmotor. Took three weeks from the time ordered to receive them. When they showed up they were packaged well. The plastic they used to produce them are very good. Sturdy to the touch and not a "plastic toy" feel that some others have said from some other sellers. Fitment was much much better than I was expecting. There were only a few snags but they were so minor anyone with a set of tools and two hands could take care of them. Some parts didn't meet up exactly factory but they didn't look bad at all. The paint itself was great as well. The quality and finish is great. The stickers on the bike were cleared over (no bubbles underneath them) There was only one minor spot that I wasn't too keen with. The clear coat was a little rough but it was in a place that is not noticeable. The paint has nice sheen and there were no runs. Once mounted I applied glaze, followed by klasse sealant, followed by two coats synthetic wax. It looks AMAZING and I have no doubt it will stay nice for years.

The bottom line........

I'd give them a 9 out of 10. Obviously with factory being 10.

I've actually paid ALOT more for various custom shops to do work on bikes (that actually have good reps) only to have half azz work done. This was much easier. Even though it's not factory it looks very very nice. I'm a very anal person about the "little things" and from any distance (even very very close) the pieces look great.

I would go this route again in a hearbeat.

As a side note I know.I can here it already ...why not kawi green?... I wanted something different. I wanted something that would have a little more "pop" and the yellow sure does. It was either this or the baby blue the seller has. (i've always been a fan of jordan North Carolina Blue) I aslo bought the Monster Arai to go with it. It has a little yellow on it (the leading edges of the M logo) and matches nicely...though I will probably be adding some more green to the bike.

So.......What do you think?:dontknow:

Nicely done...I like it, I thought about ordering the fairings as well.

You may know this already if you've looked into ordering but I'll share anyway. Even though alot of the sellers have stuff that looks exactly the same they're not (no first hand experience just research knowledge). Everything from the quality of the plastic, placement of tabs, etc can vary greatly from the different sellers. So make sure you've done what you can to research the rep of the seller by "google" searching them.

Again, i am very happy with my seller. Good communication and good quality. He does not stock the plastics so it will take a little to get to you but he says it up front in the auction (too many color options to stock). I know there was one other seller out there that was good to but i can't remember the name right now. I know all the CBR guys order from him....:badteeth:

Shipping is a little high but it did get here in 4 days from the day he shipped and the box arrived in mint condition.....which is worth the dough.

Go Baby Blue....or yellow of course
