Not hating, but doesn't this seem to come up early every season? Lot's of threads in 04 and 05 about best way to break 'em in.

no, im not just talking about that but the smaller intake port method hes explaining.

What dude fails to mention about intake ports and what not is a balance is required. What he is stating isn't really a "Oh my god, your a genius theory" A balance between optimal port size and intake velocity is key. But what do I know he's the Moto Man.

His work with intake ports has been done for years nothing new. Starting with the old briggs and Stratton flathead go cart motors. IT Works great in some motors using epoxy to reshape the port for better flow where the factory port is to big or misshaped it works great. Port design has more to do with velocity than flow and his ports pretty much just speed the air up and get a little more inertia supercharging effect. pretty cool though


Hint there are some areas in the zx10 head that need a touch more material in the ports.

I did it to my son's power wheel. 50 BHP woithout the NOS.
No dis bro, just had to.
