What exactly do you mean by this? The overflow is designed to drain out onto the ground if overfilled due to expansion in the motor. It's coolant though, not oil. Don't know what you're trying to describe, but at first glance, I don't think you have any issues if it's just a bit of coolant pissing out. :dontknow:

Thanks for the reply Sky.

First, let me state that bike is flashed by Dynotronics, has K&N, Hotbodies exhaust and custom link pipe.

Do understand the purpose of overflow but it should only be coolant as fas as I know but I'm no expert. The problem here is that leak contains oil and as you can see in the pic, looking under the radiator cap you can also see oil presence. The bike ran strong last time it ran but after the coolant/oil mix under it it has not been ridden.

Head gasket.? Any other possibilites that could get oil in coolant.?

Thanks.

Hmmmm....yeah, that doesn't look good. Gonna take some further diagnosis and elimination at this point. It's not likely a head gasket. The oil and water wouldn't mix there and you'd be seeing a lot of smoke out the exhaust from that happening. I'd be looking in the water pump area. Bad oil seal? :dontknow:

If you intend to diagnose it yourself, I would first get my self a pressure tester for the cooling system. This is a hand pump that connects over the radiator cap. You pressurize the system and then monitor to see if the pressure stays or leaks down. If it stays, everything is good. If it leaks down, there's an issue and then you can start checking for where the leak may be. It's gonna be a PITA, but since it's new hopefully you can take it back to the dealer and get it looked at under warranty. At first glance I don't think it's a major issue like a head gasket. But definitely don't want it to turn into a major issue if you've got coolant in your crankcase! That would be bad, bad, bad!!!

How does the oil look? Milky? If so, then head gasket. Do these bikes have an oil cooler and if so, is it part of the radiator? Could there be something going on there?

Oil cooler is not part of radiator, but yes it has oil cooler.
Start the bike with radiator cap off and see if there is air bubbles present or not.

I would be putting stock parts back on and taking it to dealer if it was my NEW bike.

Good to hear they covered it. That sucks. Did they fully flush it. And make sure it is documented that the oil cooler failed and mixed oil/coolant.
