I'm in the process of a motor change and the local Kawi dealer wants $55 for the engine nut sprocket. the special tool to take the bolts out of the frame. If there a better deal out there, possibly a dealer on here or a website that sells them cheaper. it just seems a bit high for a special sprocket.

Thanks

Not sure if there is anywhere else to get the tool, you could always just make one. Just find a socket the right size and grind the notches to fit. That has worked for me. Could also go the caveman route with a hammer and punch to loosen it. Just a couple of ideas.

I just gave them some love taps with a hammer and screw driver. I don't think they get smoked too tight. I also mad the socket thing as mentioned above
