Got my bike back from the shop today. The oil light in the rain problem turned out to be a little more complicated than I thought. They were trying to duplicate the problem and noticed that the FI light was barely on as well. They are replacing the ignition on the bike. Also, had to repack the front wheel. I have only ridden in hard rain 3 times.

The front wheel bearing part sounds like a load of crap. A couple of rides in the rain shouldn't do anything. I haven't had mine apart yet but Kawasaki has been using front wheel bearing that are at least sealed on one side for years now. Mostly there ain't any way to repack the bearing short of removing them and installing new ones.

Could be. That is what they told me and the clicking noise that I was experiencing when spinning the wheel while on stands is no longer there. :dontknow:
