You know those Sundays where you planned a ride out with your mates some lunch and cups of tea's on the way? Mate arrives at mine this morning, it's running rough, what I say? Look well it's only firing on 3 and sounds like it's blowing compression out from the top WTF I say? He say yesterday I cleaned the filter and checked my plugs and shims. Now me knowing the mechanical aptitude of my paper shuffling office based friend of 20 years I know we aren't going any where quickly ;) So after some investigation I found this

I was lucky in a way but this eventually worked, I had tried flat screw driver bits but couldn't get a good purchase. At first I thought it would be a head off job, but the thread wasn't damaged and the bore scope showed there was no debris inside the cylinder.

Over in the US, we have a product called JB Weld. It can fix anything. Do they sell that anywhere over there? :ROFLMAO:
