Is it ok to put locktite on the four little bolts that crimp the front axle? Or is there any reason not to do this? I'm just worried about them shakin themselves loose.

Go for it. IOW, I can't think of a reason not to. Use blue, though, not red.

A local club racer actually found a pinch bolt from someones forks laying out on the track last month. They definitely can loosen up...

I was going to mention that, but a lot of buyers hate seeing drilled bolts on a street bike. Good luck convincing anyone it wasnt raced.

Replace the bolts before you sell it if it really is that much of a concern
