Hey guys just a quick question, does a license plate holder like the one in the link replace the left hand chain tension block or is it somehow self balancing. Using a little common sense it seems it replaces something at some point on the axle but there is no substitute for experience.

cool man thanks, you wouldnt happen to know if they were the same thickness? I would think they would have to be to have the pin hole match up with the lock nut.
