Anyone fitted fatter rubber to theirs? seeing as stock is 110/70 130/70 thinking of going 120/60 & 150/60....

Tires are designed to run on a specific width wheel. On the same wheel all a bigger tire will do is wrap the side contact patch around tighter and create a "corner" on the tire right where you're used to having full contact. Bad. Go to a wider wheel if you want a wider look/performance.

ive seen 150/70 on rear heard that 150/60 r wider and will hit the chain gard

Why would you want to change the front tire size too?

Whi do think Kawasaki fitted a particular tire size?.Stock size will do the best.Anything else will affect handling buy hey it's your bike so do as you please.
