I am 6'1" 240#, but the fit of the knee braces is more dependent on leg size than total height and weight.

Per the EVS Sizing Chart for the RS7 knee braces the XL fits 15"-17" calf (circumference) and 21.5" - 23.5" thigh (circumference).

The fit is adjustable with the straps.
