Honda's attitude became more obvious after Rossi left. "Yes, Rossi is a good rider, but our bike is far superior." Rossi's attitude was that the rider was the key, not the bike. It would appear that Rossi is proving his point. It is interesting that he is elevating the entire Yamaha team. Checa has said that he was asking for many of the changes that came about after Rossi arrived. But Yamaha wouldn't make the changes for Checa but they did for Rossi. The Kawasaki seems to be getting better all the time but Bridgestone still needs to develop a good race tire. Obviously, B-stone has a good "Q" tire.
