I went to a local dealer yesterday. They had the new k5 gixxer in the floor. I was just wondering if their are and guy my size that own the new gixxer. I am
6'3 235 . The bike was really narrow, ever smaller than a 6 hundred. but what
really bothered me was that the lowwer fairing was sticking into my knee. I personally could not live with that ever time I come to a stop. The 10 on the
other hand is a perfect fit. It just go to show what I have been saying for
years not, Suzuki is not built for taller riders.

I'm 6' and I find my k5 has more room than the k3 when I first looked at it I thought the same think that it looked small but after riding it it seems to have better ergonomics than the previous year of cource thats all a matter of opinion

The Kaw 10r is remarkably comfortable. I'm 50, a touch of arthritis in my left hip, and I am 6' 1", a motorcycles comfort or lack of it, becomes readily apparent to me. For a frontline 1k sport bike, the 10r is very comfortable. Try it, you'll like it!

I agree the biggest reason I ride a 10R is because of how well I felt I fit on the bike, I'm 6'. I have never been comfortable on suzuki's however I have never been on the new K5.
