Customer service is the most important part of any retail business... it's not hard concept. I don't know what transpired during your conversation but never should a company hang up ( intentionally) on a customer.

Well that's unfortunate and the exact opposite of my experience. Sorry to hear this.
Was in the middle of asking a question after I was hung up on the first time and all I heard was the receiver hit the base. It didn't go Just silent. I could clearly tell it was hung up. Didn't sound like he wanted to talk any how. Maybe a bad day but regardless, was rude. Decided to order the Akra, I liked the fact that I could bolt any exhaust I wanted to the graves but it doesn't even matter to me at this point.Customer service is the most important part of any retail business... it's not hard concept. Graves is good. Something you said or something that you refused to listen to. techs, good ones, have very little patience sometimes...even bad techs . lol
I've gone into places to buy a product or service I was certain I would get only to walk out with nothing because of bad attitude from the sales person or manager. As far as I am concerned, anyone who works in retail or sales should be doing their best to get my loyalty if I am interested in the product.
I recently had a PayPal issue with graves from black Friday. I had the opposite experience and they were more than helpful.
