Im guessing I need a new set of ZX14 bake pads to go with that...correct? Any tricks to installing the 14calipers on my 06 that I need to know? Thanks

hey man... you never know...for all i knew, the only difference was better pistons inside, and my pad are new now so if i didnt have to spend $50 on a new set I wouldnt

If the pads are that new I'd just run them and see what you think.
Then again, if you have the money, get those killer pads now while its all apart and you have the cash.

If you change pad compounds you should at least ScotchBrite your rotors or have them beaded, and then give them a few miles to bead-in.

Don't forget to bleed the M/C too.

Installed my set of zx14 calipers and mc with the zx14 lines. Went for my first ride today .......WOW!!!! Why didn't KAwi get it right the first time?
Can someone who has done the swap post a picture of how the lines are routed from the master cylinder down, I am not completely happy with the way it is routed. I have an 04 model. Thanks.
