Try using a longer link pipe, or remap the bike to take care of fueling at low load.

I think, tuner/users want to balance between a crisper throttle response, vs smooth experience at low load conditions.
Also, variations of fuel and altitude that cannot be compensated on bikes without lambda.

What do you mean by the last part of your post? also are you running the SC projects exhaust as well?

I think he meant the secondary throttle valves
