are you willing to burn money? do you have many thousands of it to burn? swap for full titanium exhaust, and call it a day. stock exhaust is where the majority of saved weight can come from, i think on the 2019 it's 12 pounds ish from stock to the akrapovic. other bikes it'll be upwards of 20. for another 2 pounds swap for an aluminum rear sprocket but you'll wear em out much faster than steel. swap your march mag wheels for carbon fiber and maybe save a pound per wheel?I'm not sure about that. How about some posts on weight reduction or adding data and cameras to the mean machines? I've got a 19RR and it's heavy in my mind. I wonder how light this machine could be a still be street legal?

The OEM Marchesinis are aluminum and heavy, at 17lbs. For $4k you can get carbon or Magnesium and save a good 10 lbs.swap your march mag wheels for carbon fiber and maybe save a pound per wheel?
jeebus i didnt know the stock marchesini's weighed so much. at that weight you're right but also means dropping a few grand on wheels with ceramic wheel bearings, so again, whats the budget likeThe OEM Marchesinis are aluminum and heavy, at 17lbs. Probably a better buy than even the exhaust just for the lighter feel of the bike.
I'm with you; I ride a gen 1 so know nothing of any use to most guys on here. Other than the fact that I have just as much fun........Still stalking this site but I ride a GEN.1 ... I have no knowledge of the newer gens to contribute info. on . So, I'm here stalking for gen.1 parts
I'm sort of in the same boat with my Gen2, but there are surprisingly a few Gen2 guys still lurking and SkyDork knows everything anyway.I'm with you; I ride a gen 1 so know nothing of any use to most guys on here. Other than the fact that I have just as much fun........
We are glad to have you back too Mike! The forum was active back in the day but things have sure changed. I personally left for about a 1.5 yrs and is a completely different forum from what it was. That said I am happy to still see some familiar faces on here. - Mike
Ah it just clicked in my brain where I remember the name. You were at my first ever trackday at Jennings! Welcome back man!I've made a return in the last month or so. Most people probably don't remember me.
Also, what happened with Woolich and the forums? I have Woolich on both my bikes.
Curious as to how it is you ride? I have learned that most people don't ride like I do either but that's just me. What bashing would you be talking about? Idk, I always like to hear about everything 10r , again that's just meI drop by sometimes, but now so hate to share riding stuff as I FINALLY figured out that no one really rides like I do. I'm not the brightest turnip, as in I thought everyone does what I do on super bikes. So, I've kinda hate talking about having fun on the 10r here as mods simply refuse to control bashing without reason.
