so im going to buy carpenters retainers and springs na d im going to buy an intake cam i was looking at webcamshafts any advice what lift i should go with ??? for street driven bike trying to get more power out of it

the .385 lift is what the race intake cam had and that cam worked great, you can maybe go slightly larger but make sure you increase the duration.

I'd say no on that cam its pretty much almost same cam specs....

I'd run that .384" lift cam they have!
