I am in need of tires "AGAIN" and was surfing the net looking for tire deals and

came across this. I have ordered from Jake Wilson.com before and will gladly

do business with them again. Free shipping on anything over $99 bucks.

And quick delivery too.

190/50ZR-17 (73W) Michelin Pilot Power Rear Motorcycle Tire $145
Part # 1223920005

120/70ZR-17 (58W) Michelin Pilot Power Front Motorcycle Tire $119
Part # 1223910004

Buy 2 or More Street Bike Tires and Save $10.00

So my total order comes to: $255.98 with no shipping.:eek:ccasion1

JakeWilson.com

Just thought I would pass this deal to my brethren here.

Maybe I should start buying these tires in bulk lol

I believe you can get 2cts for like 20 bucks more at starrotors.com. I buy pirelli's from Superbike supply though just to be clear so I don't get in trouble for advertising a non sponser.

If it saves you some cash it might be worth the trip. I don't know if it was a deal at the time because I don't go into my lovely stealerships here because they are filled with fools, but the yami shop down in fort walton beach will do a pilot power set for 290 installed. I thought it was a pretty sweet deal. Granted it took them like two and a half shifts to put them on.

No problem man Just trying to spread some love. That is the only time I deal with the assholes around here anyways. If I didn't need tires or filters I would never go into those places. The Kawi shop here granted this was a month ago I went in there but they have 07's on the floor going for 10700 and they guy asked me if I wanted to upgrade from my 05. I told him he was nuts and I could go to GA and pick up an 08 for 2 grand less. Some people are crazy

Pilot Powers are also now available in 190 / 55 for the rear. Michelin only a few months ago started making it in 55, previously only 50. Most dealers don't know this, they look in their catolog and only see a part # for a 50 size. Make em call up the distributor and get the part #.

I have the Pilot Power in 190/55 size, bought it back in July when they were released.

I dont like the 2CT's, the sidewalls are to stiff.

Hey Magic, what's your take on the 55 instead of the 50 ?

Do you do a lot of track days or are you streeting.

Wow:eyecrazy::eyecrazy:

I just added it up. I bought my 10 I think Sept of 08.

Since that time, I have worn out.

1 set of Power Pilots.

1 set of Metzler M-3's

1 rear Bridgestone BattleAxe

1 rear Full Bore M-1

2 rear to 1 front ratio. About right.

I need to buy stock in bike tire companys
