I have a US model 2007 ZX-10R, which, from the manual, doesn't seem to have the O2 sensors. I'd look, but it's late and I'm drunk to be honest. I bought a mid-pipe that has bungs for the sensors. What is the ideal way to plug them? Bolt, then weld?

Pipe is stainless, by the way.

Bust buy the proper bolt and use the gasket/crush washer. Leaves room for you to expand later if you get a tuner that requires a wideband be put in a bung. Just my 2 cents.

Sounds like a plan. Thanks man.

Next question, anyone know the thread size and pitch for gen2 O2 sensors?

On my mid-pipe anyway, it is in fact 12 mm. From here and other sources it seems to be 18 or 12 on just about anything. It's easy enough to see which just by looking.

Thanks for the help guys.
