If you have run the piss out of the motor most of the time, overheated it a few, and have enough miles on it to notice a lack of crispness and performance, it might be time. After you have done the adjustment proceedure about ten times without problems, it will be easy. Consider having a seasoned pro do it for you, throw in a race kit intake cam and have them both degreed in and you should be quite happy with the results.

OOP'S,little miss-direction!

I do work on bikes ,every day, I meant how hard to get at the valves. Ive noticed that kawi & honda are harder to work on. Suzuki's are a dream,but i wanted a zx-10 so i have to deal with it. It looks like i will have to take the whole bike apart, that was what i meant to ask. ::ninja:
