Does the warranty cover not changing the oil and riding the piss out of it till it blows up? Just curious. I kid. :heyyou:V4 and heavy and looks dorky to me. Here's my next bike unless the 10r of the 2019 year, plus or minus one year, gets the weight down to about 430:
Specifications - Fireblade - Super Sports - Honda
UK site in honor of the Commonwealth of OZ! cbr is about 430 pounds or so with the in line four and no nonsense.
Reason for my 2019 year is that I bought the five year warranty on my '13 which expires in sept. 2019. So now the wife is holding me back to that '19 year. should never have told her about that stupid warranty.
I never use the cotter key in the axle nut, either, but when gave the '13 to the local dealer for a couple possible warranty questions, I got the bike back with a new cotter key.Does the warranty cover not changing the oil and riding the piss out of it till it blows up? yeah when I look at all the extra plastic on the bottom but probably that's because all I've looked in the past few years are two g4's in the garage and I love how Kawa engineered plastic. The 430 pounds with the normal super hp is what I need, a 600 on steroids which was g4's attraction. SP2's head work not sure about but not needed for me, anyway. The wheels on it don't work for me. On other hand the H2 kinda interests me BUT it's so heavy that I really can't justify constantly buying tires and extra fuel for it as bottom line is heavy burns fuel and wear tires. H2 will only work if weight is down around 430 and handling/geometry adjusted to keep front on the ground. That new fire blade looks pretty "dorky" to me. Like it's trying to look like a Ducati...but just can't quite get it right. I think the 16 looked a lot better.
