Likely fuel. Start with the fuel pump.

I Need some help. I have an 05 ZX10R. Out of the blue it started bogging out on me when the RPMs are over 6k. When it bogs out it's really quick and it jerks me when I'm riding. I changed out the spark plugs and its still having the same issue so i put a new fuel pump in and it seemed to help a little bit but it still has that quick bog over 6K. I do have a power commander on it so I'm not sure if that's the issue or not. Do any of you have any idea what it may be causing it to bog out and jerk me for a quick second? Could it possibly be the injectors? Any help is much appreciated.

I've already replaced the fuel pump and the little canister the fuel lines go to from the pump
