Hello just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Chris. I've been racing for 2 years and now currently doing Sales and Technology work at a large dealership - Cycle World of Cherry Hill in New Jersey.
I just picked up a new black 2006 zx10. I will be making alot of custom parts and have big plans for winter. I hope to get alot of feedback from here and hope you guys can help me cut down my research time on parts.

(-If anyone wants a new zx10 I will do special pricing just pm me. Have over 12,000 bikes instock)

I have called all the distributers you can imagine for part availability. I also know hotbodies racing has "3 new r&d projects" for the new 10 exhaust coming in May. Most rearsets will not be available til May1st. Most other parts will not be released til May15th.

Are there any suspension specialists on the board?

:welcome: to the best forum on the net. Congrats on the best looking color for the 06 (IMO) also. But you may want to do a search about paint issues on the black one on here fo'sho.

:welcome: .. and sorry i dont know shit about the suspension...
I know enough to know that there are guys who know more than I ever will. I did the adjustments knowing what I know and then had a 60 yr old guy whose been racing for years made more adjustments. I know enough now to know it is an art...LOL

Be sure to keep us posted in the sticky '06 P&A thread if you see something new before it's posted here.. I'm always up for looking at new stuff I cant afford.

What I know about suspension is this... test it on the track, tell the suspension setup guy if it's pushing, etc... then have him adjust. Rinse and repeat. :badteeth:
