Nope but you wont have much room left to lengthen it as it stretches I recommend going 1 up on the rear to compensate

naaaaa it'll fit fine AND move the axle / wheel back some 2-3mm and have plenty of adjustment left which is good. I have a 16/39 setup W/112L chain and it moved the axle back 19mm and i still have adjustment left.
