Need some help.....

I have had my Gen1 since new and this is its 2nd battery replacement.

First time I replaced it was August 2014 and never had an issue that time.

This time I replaced the battery after the battery would no longer hold a charge.

Now the bike cranks over but won't start. It just cranks.

Fuel pump primes and I can hear all the other "normal" start up noises as usual.

Bike ran like new and always started before I replaced the battery.

Can't figure this out at all. Any Gen1 owners ever have this problem?

Disregard. Problem solved. PCIII ground wire not hooked up.

Somehow I didn't see the PCIII ground wire when I installed the battery. (I blame my 2 year old for distracting me every 10 seconds.)

So, when I hooked up the terminals the PCIII ground wire was not dangling out by the terminal to prompt me to connect it.

Figured it out as I was laying in bed digging through the forums. Some member called ZXTennessee had a no start issue and that was the problem.

Bolted out of bed at 11:30pm into the garage to hook that wire up and proceed to wake up the neighborhood. :)
