Checked oil window I noticed weepage. The bike has had the crank case recall done in 2012. Upon farther inspectation all the seepage was from the top of oil filter up. Check this picture out...is this a stress crack? Look at the bolt next to the header farther in.

Definitely could have been over torqued when the recall was done. The pan probably expanded under heat while the bolt didn't.

So it's not weeping from this crack at all? Personally, I would probably slap some RTV over the crack, ride the bike until I can then get the whole pan replaced or at least taken off to inspect.

Kn oil filter was trq properly yet it was seeping at the 12oclock spot. Changed it out all good. The oil pan I went on eBay and stared at that spot I took a picture of. It is a factory notch/machined area. All good overanalyzed for nothing.

Glad you don't have to buy a new pan!

Are you using the KN filter with the nut welded on the end? If so I would recommend using something else. I'm not sure off the top of my end but I believe they are garbage filters like Frams but more importantly that nut can fail and all your oil will be dumped in front of your rear tire. Race organization near me, CRA, won't even allow them on the track.
