Hey guys. Im one of the lucky owners of a Gen 4 Lime Green Ten.
Im also new in supersport bikes so pardon my ignorance.

My questions are:
1)What does the red blinking light mean in the dashboard?
Its still On and blinking even after I pulled out the key. Will it affect my battery or discharge it?

2)What power mode do you usually use and what traction setting?
I just took my bike home from the dealer.
I set it to Medium and 2 traction. Whats yours?

I have lots of reading of the manual to do but It would be of big help if someone can give there inputs. Thanks in advance

Note: I made this thread so Gen4 users can share and exchange infos
feel free to ask to.

Are you here in the USA? do some models still come with an alarm system ???
After the key is taken out all lights should go out.

the red light is part of the immobilizer, i think (may be wrong) it will blink for 24 hours after the key is removed. You may also be able to turn it off.

As for power/ traction setting I have been using F/2 in good conditions. I found the 3 setting to be too sensitive when the road is dry, it would cut in more than i wanted it to. In the wet I use L/3 but thats just me
