hello and thanks for helping, i have a 12 that was previously wrecked and needs the stator cover changed out. im buying the cover and the gasket, but other than that are there any other "tricks" that i need to know other than just taking out the the allen heads and putting it back?

Thats all it takes. I believe i ran a bead of gasket maker around the edge of the cover as well.

Yep pretty easy instal, here is the part from the service manual for torque specs and what they say if it'll help
