im about to pull the trigger on a gen 4 topend , just wondering what it will take to get the head to bolt onto my gen1 bottom end. I know gen 1-3 gaskets are interchangable ...what about the gen 4? does anyone know what its going to take to get this thing rolling?? plans are a titanium rod, knife edged crank ,15:1+ compression 2mil,e85, with a complete gen 4 top end (head, cams,tb)

Pistons bought
fuel system complete
crank work done
need ti rods
bore the cases
pull the trigger on the top end..if i can get it to work, and finish up fabing up my airbox for the 47mm tbs.

ecu is flashed to 13750 now but will reflash to ..14500??

either way shes going to be a monster
hell a gen 4 2mil w 15:1 comp,supersport head running e85 should make north of 200rwhp
Guys chime in and tell what is needed to get this head on my bike

Best source

For you the best source would be Garth285.
I think but not sure that the gen 1 head have a better flow, bigger valve or something, but only one injector by cylinder compared to gen 4 who got two for each cylinder.
