Nope, it uses the 2 bolts that you use to hold the rear hugger on it has a light on it as well.

Both rears and they are 180's! I have to go and edit that up top

I did not know the rear was a 180 on Vash's bike when I bought it. I just assumed it was so that's why I posted it as a 190 2 days after I purchased the bike. I recently changed out the tires and found out it was a 180. So my apologies everyone.
