Im using 16/43 as well on a 530 set-up. I like the bigger stuff because when I start spraying the last thing i want to have to worry about is a chain breaking.

My 06 went 6.19 @ 120.4 Saturday night. That was gearing and extensions only, everything else stock. It still spun, but pulled a 1.57 on a stock tire.

I weigh 190-200 lbs. and run 16/41. At 80 mph on the freeway it'll be about 6k rpms. On the strip I run 9.9's at 142. I'm thinking 15/39 to lighten it up a little more.

04 10R with 15 - 39 went 9.87 - 9.91 141 - 142. Lowered front and rear, slip on, pump gas, I guess I weight right at 195-200 suited. Gearing felt sweet out on the road, really put allot of "pep" into the bike. :eyecrazy: (of course the speed-o wasn't happy at all):zx_blk:
