Hi all,

After months of trying to solve a seemingly never ending problem, I still can't figure it out.

I have a 2006 ZX-10R that struggles to start from time to time. I press the ignition button and the gauge cluster will lose power while the starter motor barely spins but eventually turns the engine over. Usually this problem occurs when the engine is hot and has been running for some time/whenever I get gas.

Some things that I have changed since having this problem:
-Upgraded both primary and secondary ground wires to 6 AWG wires
-Hardwired stator to rectifier
-Hardwired rectifier to battery and wired ignition wire solely to starter relay
-Replaced starter relay
-Replaced starter motor brushes/cleaned commutator/starter motor

The first video is starting with a new battery from amazon.
The second video is starting with the old battery that came with the bike since I bought it in August 2021.

There's probably a bunch of other things I did that I can't remember off the top of my head but I'm completely lost.
I love this bike but I'm really starting to give up on it.
