What's up kawi riders. I own a 2006 zx10 with about 9000 miles on it. I'm having a little problem with the fuel indicator light. Everyone knows that when you are starting to get low on fuel it will come on. Well what mine has begun to do is continually blink. It will continue to do this even after I fill up the tank. If anyone has had this problem can you please let me know the proper course of action.

blinking light

The fuel level gauge in the tank is either bad or the wire going to is not connected properly or making poor connection somewhere. If its the fuel sensor you will have to buy a new pump and all I believe. If you put a 100 ohm resistor to ground on the wire going to the gauges for the fuel light it will go out.
