Flashed ECU compatibility?

So I found a used Guhl's flashed ECU for fairly cheap. Going this route works for me because I don't lose the downtime on the bike, which would be pretty significant because I'm stationed overseas.

The problem is my bike is the ABS model, and the ECU came from a non ABS bike.

Just wanted clarification as to whether or not the flashed ECU would work on my bike. I'm hoping the ABS controller is separated from the ECU.

Any insight would help. Thanks again!

I am just going to guess and say NO, don't know for sure but the serial numbers on ABS and none ABS are different, although the controller for ABS is different but still communicate with main ECU through Bus system, and need to cut Fuel and Timing.even if it works it may set ABS light on the dash.
