I just got a 08 ZX10. It was wrecked in the tail section. I am getting two FI codes 52, 54. Anyone have a list on what these codes are?

its possible the coils retracted away from thier plugs. Does it feel the bike is running on 2 cylinders?

The bike has only 485 miles on it and it has never been out in the rain. So hopefully it's something small.

trace the wires for those 2 coils through the harness and i bet you will find a section of pinched wires that are running to the ecm that mounts at the front of the tail section.

What he said! Prolly a pinched area of the harness or even damaged/ ripped wires.

are the pins pulled out of the connector? if they are and the lock tabs are just bent back you can re bend them to their original position of your lucky. if not you will have to epoxy them into the connector to seal them into it.
