Greetings. I took out the secondaries and tried to remove the rod. I couldn't figure out how to get it out after taking off the nut on the one end and the sensor on the other. I reassembled things I am now getting an error code of 62. I took out the throttle bodies again after hearing a clicking sound and found that I had installed the sensor wrong and that the rod wouldn't turn. I installed it correctly, put the throttle bodies back in and I still show the F1 warning light. I havent' started it yet to see if I have a new code. Any suggestions? I will answer any questions that are posed to help solve this problem.

Error 62 is definitely the secondaries. Suggest you go over it again. But take your time. Possible you may have damaged it during your attempt at the rod removal. U can still start and run your bike. And continue to ride it. If all else fails stick a black tape over the light. Or replace sensor.
