Hi, bought a 05 ZX10R. Great bike, but had an issue with power commander where it ran on 3 cylinders so I unplugged it. After that the bike lost power above 8000 rpm. What could cause this loss of power because sometimes it run perfectly and sometimes it loses power??

I would check for faulty spark/ spark plug /coil first...
