Wouldnt suprise me, as for top of the line wheels Marchesini and BST have the market cornered for sure when people are speing the big bucks.

cant say Dymag has been a very active member in the wheel world over the last 5 years.

if BST does not step up there customer service would not be surprised if they are the next victim that goes belly up :eyecrazy:my front wheel has been there 3 weeks and no one has found the time yet to give me a price to repair or replace it ....... it;s like they are just buying time & excuses ! :dontknow:

BST has horrible after sale / customer service = sucks big time :headshake

I read in one forum that someone had some minor damage on their BST wheel, sent it back to them for repair and the repair was free of charge (included in the original purchase price basically).

Is that warranty really the case or not?

BST is know for there customer service. The member that had the wheel fixxed was on this forum, and it was admitedly damaged by the dealer on a machine. Pretty damn good stuff there. I have heard of other cases where someone had claimed to have a damaged BST and they wanted to study the damage to try and figure out what happened and analyze the damgae. Dymag is a much smaller outfit if I remember maybe the economy just did them in. They got some cool wheels and have a unique design

ok heard back today 650.00 for a complete replacement incl 2 yr warr

or cosmetic fix 150.00 seems to me the damage was more then cosmetic anyway I told BST to replace for 650.00 that way I know I have a new guaranteed wheel again wish it did not take 3 weeks to get an answer ah well such is life customer service is non existent these days it seems

thanks to magic mavis ...I will have 2 BST front wheels

so if damage happens again

I can still enjoy the handling of my bike with BST"s because without BST's

= really don't even enjoy riding the bike w/o bst's they make that big of a difference in overall handling =amazing transformation in the handling dept

just wish bst was located in the good ol us of a !
