Someone give too much torque on the right side engine bolt, the one that goes thought the collar, the screw is on the engine and now is dusted.
The bolt is OK, so I was thinking to use a 11mm bolt since the original is 10mm.
Anyone have a better idea? Or method?

Weld it up, and drill and tap it.

You mean to weld the bolt or engine?
If was the engine will be a nightmare, since i just reassembly the bike.
The bolt hole in the engine, a small aluminum wire feed welder,
using short burst to keep the heat down.
Not hard at all, find a good welder and pay him for 1 hours work.
Won't take near that long, but 1 hour minimum pay.

Post up a pic of where it is on the engine.

To weld without remove the engine will be very very hard since is inside the collar that pass trough the frame...
