2008 Kawasaki ZX-10R
Complete frame off rebuild with new powder and custom paint on everything.
-EVIL 72-76 arm with new derlin, hugger, roller, chain guard
-ZVX3 Chain and 15/46 sprockets
-Carrozzeria VTrack wheels and tires, Michelin 60 series front less than 50 miles, new Shinko Hook-up rear, still has the knobbies and paint lines
-Forks internally lowered
-Busa shock
-Front fender lowering bracket
-Brock’s Sidewinder with 14” muffler and baffle
-DME pan
-09 Block with 4k miles, stock bottom end
-Decked head, Carpenter racing valve springs and titanium retainers
-2008 Kawasaki race intake cam
-2008 Kawasaki race exhaust cam
-Clutch- Welded clutch basket with larger/upgraded rivets, Gen1 clutch stack (with judder plate), Brocks slipper delete, HD springs and spacers
-Nitrous kit- Custom spray bar built with Nitrous Outlet components and stainless lines, currently jetted for 50 shot, MPS 2.5lb bottle, NOS mini controller setup on WOT activation, arm/disarm switch by gauges
-Tune- Utilizing Woolich Racing software there are two tunes in the ECU. One is a Q16 nitrous dyno tune and the other is a pump gas street tune. Again both wrote directly to ECU, you can switch with an ECU map switch or utilizing the Woolich Racing software. The nitrous tune dynoed at 229hp/122tq with a safe amount of timing pulled and stayed with a 50 shot. The bike has not been to the track on this nitrous tune yet but did run a 5.82 on pump foot shifting with me on it, I’m 230 suited.
-Shifter- Currently setup with the Woolich Quick Shifter ran by the ECU, you can adjust kill time, kill fuel, spark or both. The QS is setup is tied in with Boost by Smith’s shift system. You can auto shift, button shift or quick shift this bike.
-Motion Pro adjustable throttle system, has like 3 or 4 cams you can change out for different turn ratios
-New throttle and clutch cables
-Stainless brake lines
-Catalyst upper fairing
-CF front fender
-Brock's front strap
