I have always wanted to know if I have 6r wheels in the front on my 10r....

I bought the bike like this. Black wheel in the back/Bronze in the front?
Any ideas or did some 10rs come with either color...

well i can tell you that the 06 636 front will fit the gen2 10r.but you have to leave the 6r rotors on.the gen1 and the gen2 10's are not interechangable.that looks like a 6r wheel but don't know what year will if the 05.

I'm pretty sure that zero 2005 zx10's had silver wheels, much less a silver front and black rear. It's pretty likely a 636 wheel or a p/c'd wheel.

Hmm. Did the 6rs have the same spoke design though?

Maybe they are coated...

They look coated, maybe bought used to replace the damaged old front? Either way you should do the rear the same color i think it looks good! :thumbsup:

I also don't like your front forks (boots) and your calipers....
I think they are from a 6r. Can you make a picture of your tripple clamp?

Why did you take your can off? The squid sound is over rated...Nice bike but your down on hp and torque with no can. Just my .02 cents

Can came off because the stock one has a broken hinge.
Ill get some close up pictures of the front wheels/brakes today

They came from the factory gold. Mine is the same way.

Yeah, you have a 636 front wheel. Probably from a bent stocker. The forks look stock though.

See, an 06 636 came with the same front wheel as you have.
