Hey folks,
Last year I crashed and pinched my wire harness. I have since bought a new harness and hooked it up. Last year before it was put away it started but would stay running. I now have tps code errors and air pressure sensor errors. I will be hooking the laptop and ecu tomorrow (kit ecu/harness) and try and refresh the map. The bike rolls over, the fuel pump runs and pressurizes the line. I will be going back to verify spark. I guess the next steps will be to test the sensors. Have any of you racers/mechanics experienced anything similar. Is there other things that I should also look for that is not represented by an error code.

There is a seperate subharness that runs to the TPS sensors and the air box (it goes underneath the airbox between the 2 middle throttlebodies. probably pulled it off with your old harness.
