no you dont have to remove anything it will go on just fine with nothing removed, pretty easy install ...

I call it free scratch prevention.

I got it at a fair price due to the place I got it from screwing up. Had to go back to Andrew Cox directly. He's an super guy!

Make sure you get the correct part # for the 08 10R... :wink:

For the 05 it was little foam/sticky stand off pieces and zip ties.

Can't imagine it is any different for the new bikes.

It is hardly an "install," more like putting a sticker on in degree of difficult.

EDIT- it's been a long time, but it may have attached to the one tab at the bottom of rad too, so one bolt to loosen and retighten.
