I'm a fan of more frequent flushes and merely running pure, distilled water with several ounces of Red Line Water Wetter...
If I didn't live in an area that freezes, this is the route I'd go for my street-only bike. Way cheaper and changing annually doesn't have to be complicated. Disposal of the water/Wetter is far simpler too since it can be dumped in a drain if at recommended concentration in distilled water. I used to use Engine Ice for track and it was fine but have converted b/c some orgs don't allow that either.

I would not bother using it with an existing glycol coolant, there have been reports of issues with some coolant system chemistries and no observed improvements.

No coolant is better than straight water. The closer you can get to water, the better your heat transfer rate. Having lubricants in the mix is a good idea, thus Water Wetter.
