Looking for some advice. Just did compression test all cylinders read same about 125. Bike is cold, hasn’t been started in about 2 weeks and it’s only 37 degrees outside. I’m in garage though. Why is it reading so low? Should I pull valve cover off and check for broken retainers, etc.? I wasn’t having any issues when I parked bike. Just doing winter maintenance and need advice if I should just throw new plugs and coil packs and go on or look to see about having cams and everything looked at? Thanks.

Throttle blades being wide open helps. A warm motor will also help/read higher. Your static elevation will have a pretty dramatic effect as well... high elevations will show lower compression numbers.
