Couple of my buds in England have em, and swear by them , its hard to break tradition though and Power Commander have cornered the market , they do the same job by altering output voltages for the FI and are cheaper.

I think its the way to go if you don't want to get caught-up in the tunning drama.

I havent seen one for a while but if I remember there are 3 dials for tuning Bottom , middle and top , didnt it used to be called the Tripot ??

The problem with this device and the fuel nanny is that you can only add fuel thoughout the rpm range. Every properly mapped bike that i've seen has had fuel taken out at several places in the rev range.
