Hello; Mike here. I want to install a billet clutch basket in my 04, and I have a spare engine, so I was going to send that basket off to be done and then install it in my engine when I install the Factory Pro shift star kit. The problem is that the basket has a different mark than my original. I have read the service manual about this and I just can't seem to understand it. They talk about the different baskets, and also a different needle bearing. I don't understand why they would make 5 different clutch housings and 3 different needle bearings. Are the marking on the clutch housing a weight mark for balance? I want to be sure to get this right as I have raised my rev limiter 1,000 rpm and the engine will be run hard. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Garth? Dwayne @ Cycle Concepts? Please let me know. Thanks. Mike.
