Those of you building track bikes, what solution have you used to prevent the handlebar from denting the frame in a crash?

I just finished by race body install, including Sato Rearsets and Renthal clip-ons.
Any solid solutions to keep the frame safe in a crash?

Thanks!

Don

I've never crashed my bike so my opinion isn't worth anything but the only thing I can think of would be an autoclaved carbon frame cover. It might be enough to spread the load of an impact and take the brunt of any damage.

It's a genuine concern! A buddy wrote off a 4th gen simply because he wiped out and the OEM clip on put a cosmetic dent into the frame.

The frames get dinged up pretty easily from the handlebars. I went down probably about 20mph or so on the road on my 2017 and the clip ons straight up put a hole through the frame
