Anyone ever heard of installing some type of chain roller on a sportbike? I thought of it today when I was at the motorcycle shop and saw a dirt bike with it on. It keeps the slack to minimum without too much tension on the chain. Kinda like a belt drive on buell. I have one on my Mountain bike believe it or not and it makes a world of difference when jumping and hitting hard bumpy obstacles.I purposefully do not aim for pot holes on purpose but anyway.... It would cut down on the chain adjustment time. Just take all the slack out and it would always be the perfect amount of tension if someone could design it to be spring loaded with say a ...old valve spring or something. I think I might have to draw this up and try to fabricate a bolt on idea........

It would have to have a good bearing if you were to make a roller type, as the chain zizzies at tremendous speeds , probably 3 times faster than your average dirt bike.
